'Milo and the Rainbow Nasties' was an original IP we were developing at Warthog.

The concept was based on original idea by an ex-Warthog producer, Phil Gaskell. A friend of mine, Darren Vaile, did a lot of initial concepting which really got the ball rolling and then a small team was put together to develop the concept.

I did a re-design of Milo and Chamille (in 2D and in 3D) and had a lot of fun developing other character concepts and the story arc. We also built a demo level and had the basic gameplay working on PS2.

The basic premise of the game is that Dr.Polymer has stolen all the colour from the world and Milo has to colour it all back in, with the help of his colour-shootin' pet chameleon, Chamille. There was a host of technical problems on the code and art side to get the colouring working, but we did get a fairly satisfying chunk of gameplay working in time for E3 2004. After Gizmondo's purchase of Warthog, maybe they'll develop it as a handheld game..?.

I've also put some Milo material in the 'Story' section.
